This morning for breakfast I had 2 vans gluten free waffles, and 4 brown and serve sausages.
I had a travel mug of tazo passion tea throughout the morning, as well as water. I also had a chocolate brownie clif bar as a mid morning snack.
For Lunch I had a ham sandwich on gluten free bread, an organic apple, some gluten free pretzels and a sugar free jello cup.
For dinner I had half a chicken breast with Italian seasoning, Lebanese Rice, and a salad.
