Long Day at Work

Hey Everyone!

For breakfast this morning I had Van’s apple cinnamon waffles, brown and serve sauages, and my vitamins. Each day I typically take a multivitamin, a vitamin c tablet, a allergy tablet, probiotic tablet and 2 Cranberry Tablets.

I drank my tea this morning at work while sitting through a training meeting. At about 10 am I ate a white chocolate macadamia nut cliff bar for my mid morning snack.

For lunch I had a Ham sandwich with gluten free bread. I also had an apple, gluten free pretzels, and jello. in addition to having water to drink at lunch, I was also drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

For dinner I had some of the chicken I had made over the weekend, as well as a big salad and some tortilla chips.
