Chicken and Potatoes

Hey Everyone!

This week I made some chicken, where I cut up an onion, a green bell pepper and then seasoned the chicken with some celery salt, poultry seasoning, onion powder and garlic powder, and stuck the chicken in a pan with the pepper and the onion and baked it until it was done. It took close to an hour since the chicken pieces are thick.

I had also cut up some red potatoes and fingerlings and seasoned them with olive oil, salt, garlic powder and onion powder.

I didn’t measure any of the seasonings and just added until it looked and smelled right.
