This morning I had two eating right for Gluten Free home style waffles, 4 brown and serve turkey sausages and a plate of fruit for breakfast.
I drank my tea throughout the morning, and had a chocolate brownie clif bar as a mid morning snack.
For lunch I had a ham sandwich on gluten free bread, an organic Jazz apple, some gluten free pretzels, and a gluten free/dairy free chocolate chip cookie.
For Dinner I had some Chicken Penne and a Salad.
This morning for breakfast I had 2 vans gluten free waffles, and 4 brown and serve sausages.
I had a travel mug of tazo passion tea throughout the morning, as well as water. I also had a chocolate brownie clif bar as a mid morning snack.
For Lunch I had a ham sandwich on gluten free bread, an organic apple, some gluten free pretzels and a sugar free jello cup.
For dinner I had half a chicken breast with Italian seasoning, Lebanese Rice, and a salad.
This morning for breakfast I finished the baked oatmeal I had made over the weekend, and I had some brown and serve sausages. I also took my multivitamin, probiotics tablet, and vitamin c tablet.
While at work this morning I drank my tea, and had a chocolate brownie clif bar.
For lunch I had a ham sandwich on gluten free bread, some gluten free pretzels, an organic apple and a sugar free cherry pomegranate jello cup.
For dinner I had a piece of chicken, a large spinach salad, and some Mission Tortilla Chips.
This week I made some chicken, where I cut up an onion, a green bell pepper and then seasoned the chicken with some celery salt, poultry seasoning, onion powder and garlic powder, and stuck the chicken in a pan with the pepper and the onion and baked it until it was done. It took close to an hour since the chicken pieces are thick.
I had also cut up some red potatoes and fingerlings and seasoned them with olive oil, salt, garlic powder and onion powder.
I didn’t measure any of the seasonings and just added until it looked and smelled right.
When I was up in Canada visiting my Aunt and Uncle at their house, my aunt had made Baked Oatmeal and it was really good, so I decided to try it for myself, and make Gluten and Dairy Free.
3 cups quick cooking oats (I used Bob’s Red Mill gluten free old fashioned rolled oats)
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup blue diamond almond breeze almond coconut milk
1/2 cup earth balance vegan spread melted
additional almond coconut milk for serving
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
2. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients
3. Add in eggs, melted spread, and almond coconut milk, mixing well
4. Pour into a greased small rectangular or large square glass pyrex baking pan
5. Bake for 40 – 45 minutes or until set.
6. Serve warm with the additional milk
Makes about 9 servings.
For breakfast this morning I had Van’s apple cinnamon waffles, brown and serve sauages, and my vitamins. Each day I typically take a multivitamin, a vitamin c tablet, a allergy tablet, probiotic tablet and 2 Cranberry Tablets.
I drank my tea this morning at work while sitting through a training meeting. At about 10 am I ate a white chocolate macadamia nut cliff bar for my mid morning snack.
For lunch I had a Ham sandwich with gluten free bread. I also had an apple, gluten free pretzels, and jello. in addition to having water to drink at lunch, I was also drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
For dinner I had some of the chicken I had made over the weekend, as well as a big salad and some tortilla chips.
